Environmental Monitoring and Assessment of the Golden Pioneer Museum and its Storage Facilities

A storage environment consultation and the purchase and installation of monitoring equipment and supplies to assess temperature and relative humidity, air pollutants, pests, and light levels in storage and exhibit areas for a collection that reflects the history of Golden, Colorado.

For one year, monitor and record the environmental conditions of the Golden Pioneer Museum's exhibit and artifact storage areas. After that, for six months, compile the data, consult with conservators and other experts, and create a long-term conservation plan for the museum.
