A preservation needs assessment of books, maps and posters, scrapbooks, ephemera, photographs and slides, manuscripts, sound recordings, and videotapes related to Shaker history and culture with an emphasis on the Shakers in Maine. Based on the recommendations of the consultant, furniture and supplies would be purchased for rehousing and storing some elements of the collection.
