MFAH and TX-CERA Respond to Hurricane Harvey

The Museum of Fine Arts, Houston (MFAH) will support the activities of the Texas Cultural Emergency Response Alliance (TX-CERA), the state of Texas member of the Alliance for Response. TX-CERA will work with the MFAH and other area stakeholders in cultural heritage such as the Association of Houston Archives, the Houston Arts Alliance, and City of Houston Mayor’s Office of Cultural Affairs (MOCA) to conduct a series of mitigation and recovery workshops for Houston-area artists, galleries, collectors, historical societies, and small museums,and the general public affected by Hurricane Harvey.
