The cost of architect and engineer fees to evaluate the building’s current condition, make recommendations for temporary or permanent repairs, and structure plans for damage remediation and structural conservation.  The applicant may also choose to apply funds to implement the consultants’ recommendations.

Victoria College seeks emergency funding for architect and/or engineer fees to evaluate the condition of its Leo J. Welder Center for the Performing Arts Annex, make recommendations, and structure plans to remediate roof damage incurred during Hurricane Harvey, as well as to partially cover implementation of these plans.
