Processing and cataloging Dana Gioia’s literary papers and correspondence, enabling Gioia’s archive to be available to scholars of the humanities across the United States, benefiting academic advancement and public education.

The Huntington Library, Art Museum, and Botanical Gardens respectfully requests a $19,936 chairman’s grant from the National Endowment for the Humanities to process and catalog Dana Gioia’s literary papers and correspondence. This support will enable us to make the rich resources in Gioia’s archive available to scholars of the humanities across the United States, benefiting academic advancement and public education for generations to come.
