To implement a machine information retrieval system for the Hoover Institution archival holdings utilizing a computer program - SPINDEX II. Tasks of this phase of the program include upgrading the database and include revision of preliminary registers, translation of foreign language registers, and adaptations of entries in registers to an authority file.
