To provide full cataloging and computer-generated access to two highly significant collections of early motion pictures in the LC. The grant will provide funds for hiring cataloguers and processing cataloging data. Catalogs, indexes, 3X5 cards, special lists will be available to scholars at the Motion Picture Section and to National research libraries through the MARC system database.
