To continue the expansion of the manual procedures necessary to prepare data for inclusion in the automated bibliographic system; to convert and process bibliographic data for the automated book catalog; to develop an on-line display of the N.Y. Public Library's bibliographic database; to modify the existing book catalogue programs to handle normal Hebrew characters within mixed data sets; and; to develop transliteration for use in inputting bibliographic information with existing input devices to produce equivalent photocomposed characters in the Cyrillic alphabet.
