Completion of major Component of the Library Data Management Systems

To work on three major tasks that must be completed in part before full-scale sharing of its Library Data Management System with other libraries can be undertaken. The three tasks are: 1) design and implementation of a General Circulation System; 2) design and implementation of a Catalog Control System and 3) design and implementation of the Quadraplanar Structure for Bibliographic Data.
