To engage a consultant to examine the feasibility of cataloging, indexing, and otherwise preparing for public access the J. Winston Coleman Kentuckiana Collection. The Collection consists of over 4,000 printed items; over 2,500 photographs and negatives of historic sites, structures, persons and events; 56 bound scrapbooks containing historical documents, photographs, ephemera and memorabilia, and several hundred pamphlets relating family, institutional and local histories.
