American Councils for International Education and the National Council for Eurasian and East European Research request funding from NEH for a joint, two-year program of long-term (4-12 months) research fellowships (four fellowships per year of $20,000 to $40,000) for U.S. post-doctoral scholars to conduct collaborative research on topics in the humanities in the regions of Central/East Europe, Eurasia, and South Asia.
