Human Values and Aging: New Challenge to Research of the Humanities

FAIN: RH-10054-75

Case Western Reserve University (Cleveland, OH 44106-1712)
David D. Van Tassel (Project Director: November 1974 to present)

To support a symposium of scholars in the humanities, science, and social sciences, on the problems of aging. The goal is to stimulate basic research in disciplines that have hitherto paid little or no attention to the area; and to support a 3-day follow-up workshop, attended by promising post-doctoral scholars in the humanistic disciplines, to present and discuss research strategy and papers.
