A Michelet Centenary Symposium

To hold a two-day Jules Michelet centenary symposium at Johns Hopkins in late 1974. The purpose of the symposium is to make Michelet's work better known to U.S. scholars, and to engage appropriate specialists in an interdisciplinary exchange. Funds from the NEH are to cover the cost of residence in Baltimore for ten invited guest and of residence in Baltimore, travel to Baltimore and honoraria for four main speakers.
