Henry S. Robinson (Project Director: June 1971 to present)

To prepare a history of the architectural development and the religious practices of the central cult place of ancient Corinth, on "Temple Hill." The historical picture of Temple Hill depends entirely upon archaeological evidence because there is no ancient literature relating to the site. The excavation will be carried out in successive summer campaigns.
