Revolution. (12 months)
The Naval Documents of the American Revolution project at the Center for Digital Editing is a scholarly digital editing project with the mission of creating an edition that provides a comprehensive overview of the American Revolution at sea. The collection includes American, British, Dutch, French, and Spanish points of view and gives voice to common seamen, civilians, women, and enslaved people, as well as policymakers, political leaders, and naval and military officers. NDAR’s corpus of documents represents the most extensive collection of source materials on the naval war of the American Revolution in existence.
