The Eleanor Roosevelt Papers, a documentary edition of Eleanor Roosevelt's post-White House writings on democracy and human rights, seeks a three-year grant from the Scholarly Editions Division to retain its editorial team, submit Volume II (The Papers of Eleanor Roosevelt: The United Nations Years, 1949-1952) to Charles Scribner's Sons in summer 2008 and Volume III (The Papers of Eleanor Roosevelt: The Cold War Years, 1953-1956) in late 2010, and prepare the free ancillary web-based educational materials and mini-editions the NEH encourages and the project's teaching partners require.
