The project has three aspects: 1) the survey of known manuscript holdings relating to medieval English lexicography and the indentification of new materials, 2) the development of computer software for the analysis collation, and reproduction of medieval manuscripts, 3) the production of a comparative edition of the preeminent translating dictionary of later medieval England, the Medulla grammatica.
