To continue research and prepare an historical bibliography of America law from its beginnings to 1860. When completed the bibliography will be published in a classified arrangement by subject, annotated with descriptive notes, and will contain detailed indexes by author, title, jurisdiction, parties and subject. The bibliography will include treatises, tracts, commentaries, encyclopedias, biographies, trials, and manuals relating to American law or legal development.
