To support the planning of a joint, one-week meeting of the Royal Society of London and the Academy of Natural Sciences during the Summer of 1976. The meeting will attempt a multi-disciplinary examination of some of the broader predicaments facing mankind. A variety of methods will be used to bring the proceedings to the public.
