To fund a six-day national Bicentennial Conference on Religious Liberty to be held in Philadelphia in the Spring of 1976. The conference will convene 500 religious liberty scholars, historians, clergy, academicians rights leaders, and others to re-examine and reassess the meaning of constitutional guarantees of religious liberty and freedom conscience and their implications for contemporary society.
