The Renaissance theater in Northen Italy: The Court and the City (1400-1600)

To support a Congress on Renaissance Theater in Northern Italy. Congress will consist of: 1) an introductory section of an historical-sociological native; 2) a section on the performances themselves; 3) a section dedicated to the texts; 4) a section concerned with the "theater" in the early life of cities; 5) a section dedicated to Italian Renaissance Theater in Europe; 6) concluding remarks. Congress will be enriched by related activities such as performances, concerts, exhibits. The Acts of the Congress will be published by the Olivetti Foundation.
