General operating support for state or territorial humanities council

To implement the Indiana state-based program in the humanities, "The Role of Government in the Family." Using the disciplines of the humanities, the committee intendes to examine, in a program of regranting funds to local groups, aspects of confused or disputed authority or responsibility between government and the family. Specific areas of concern include care for the aged, education, population control, welfare and the environment.
