General operating support for state or territorial humanities council

the Minnesota Humanities Commission has focused its second-year program on the theme: "Regionalsim, Regional Government, and the Individual" to bring the humanities to bear on the implications of regional government for the citizenry as the State Government attempts to implement the regional government concep. Most of the Commission's funds will be regranted, with a small allotment for a statewide opening conference.
