The Council proposes to retain its current theme, "New Hampshire in Transition: The Individual and the Community Amid Growth and Change." Program plans include continuing and improving upon present methods of reaching audiences not usually reached through traditional educational channels and to expand Council participation in the evaluation of regrant projects and in program development.
