General operating support for state or territorial humanities council

To support public programs, through regrants to institutions and organizations, which relate the humanities and humanists to issues of broad public interest in Mississippi. Under the theme, "The Emerging Dream of America," the Committee is planning meetings and workshops with humanists, civic leaders, and project directors, and business leaders.
