General operating support for state or territorial humanities council

To support programs, through regrants to institutions and organizations which relate the humanities and humanist to issues of broad public interest in the state. The theme is the same as last year's as it has allowed for the development of a wide spectrum of programs and more work will be done on the program to involve mine workers.
