General operating support for state or territorial humanities council

To support public programs in the humanities through regrant to institution and organizations in Kansas. The committee will retain its theme "People, Priorities, and Public Policies; Choices for Kansas". Plans include a series of regional workshops, and advisory council to increase potential involvement of minority groups in the Committee's projects, and a plan to raise private dollars to supplement the Committee's budget.
