Colorado Humanities will continue work toward meeting the goal of integrating the humanities into public life in Colorado through objectives stated in the 2014-2018 plan and the objectives being developed for the 2019-2023 plan. 2014-2018 objectives are: 1. Enhance individual learning by developing and implementing programs that deliver humanities content, including programs and resources that help preK-12 students and especially youth from diverse backgrounds and those at risk improve academic achievement and become lifelong students of the humanities. 2. Enhance positive and meaningful connections within and across diverse communities through humanities programs, forums, and resources that deepen understanding and engagement in community life. 3. Increase the organization's capacity and community support.
