General operating support for state or territorial humanities council

With the General Operating Support Grant, the Mississippi Humanities Council brings the humanities to life through subawards and public programming in Mississippi. The council tailors its subaward-making and public programs to the needs, resources, and interests of Mississippi. IN doing so, it delivers on its mission to create opportunities for Mississippians to learn about themselves and the larger world and enrich communities through civil conversations about our history and culture.
