To provide resources to develop further programming and activities based upon the national "Pcturing America" project in Alaska. The focus of 'Picturing America: Alaska' will be to incorporate elements of regional and distinctively Alaska material (i.e. Picturing Alaska) into 'Picturing America" and will involve collaboration between the Alaska Humanities Forum and urban and rural school districts to produce materials.
