"Mad as Hell!" is a sixty-minute feature documentary about Howard Jarvis, California's Proposition 13 and the birth of the modern American tax revolt in 1978. The story follows the dramatic underdog campaign that unleashed a national anti-tax rebellion, galvanized the conservative movement and led in many ways to the Reagan revolution.
