The creation of one archivist position and the hiring of three archive interns to develop a collections management system and begin inventorying and cataloging the collections of a community museum in St. Augustine, Florida. 

This project will facilitate the organization of the physical and digital collection of the Lincolnville Museum and Cultural Center. An archivist and interns will be hired to conduct an inventory, input collection data into a database and create a standardized collections procedures handbook.
