Assess fire, heat, humidity, light, pest and theft risks; 4. Prepare a disaster plan; 5. Make recommendations for the reformatting of the archive’s audiovisual materials; 6. Make recommendations regarding the storage and cataloguing of the archive’s collection of three-dimensional objects; 7. Assess the finding guides for their conversion to electronic formats accessible via the Internet; 8. Assess staff needs and training; 9. Create a finding guide template for the archivist; 10. Identify ways to incorporate the archive into the curriculum. |
