The grant would also allow the purchase of environmental monitoring equipment for the Mansfield Library.
Grant support would fund three activities. First, grant funding would bring a trained professional to the Maureen and Mike Mansfield Library at The University of Montana-Missoula to teach a full-day hands-on Disaster Recovery workshop for the Mansfield Library’s newly established Disaster Response Team. Second, grant support would pay for a full-day disaster planning workshop to be offered to Mansfield Library affiliates and librarians, archivists and curators from the region. Third, grant funding would allow the Mansfield Library to purchase 3 IPI Preservation Environment Monitors (PEM) for continuous monitoring of temperature and humidity throughout the library building. |
